I've been renting a 100 sq. ft. office space at Expansive in downtown Dallas for just over a year, and it perfectly suits my needs as a small start-up in the financial services sector (mortgage brokerage). After exploring various office spaces in Dallas, I chose Expansive due to their unbeatable combination of price, amenities, outstanding customer service, and a welcoming community of fellow tenants. I appreciate the building's historic character, and I'm truly impressed with the investments made in the interior, especially considering the affordable rental rates. It's an excellent value for anyone looking to take the plunge into self-employment or expand their team. I highly recommend it!

I visited numerous shared office spaces, but my top choice is definitely the Expansive Katy Building! The deciding factors for me were Chris and Natalie. My first interaction with them truly convinced me to sign with this company. The common area is welcoming, and the staff and management are incredibly friendly, always willing to go the extra mile to help. Robert, the security personnel, is fantastic, and access to the building is available 24/7 without any hassle. Everyone in the building is very sociable, creating a great atmosphere! There are office spaces suitable for any size you need, along with a secure mailroom. Parking options are excellent, and DART is just a few minutes' walk away. There's also a spacious conference room available. Overall, it's a clean, friendly environment that feels like a second home.

I absolutely love Expansive CoWorking Space and am proud to say that my company has grown alongside them. I’ve been with them since they were called 'Level' back in August 2018. I started on the 8th floor, and now we are happily situated on the 7th floor. It’s a fantastic environment, and I intend to stay here for as long as possible. It’s an ideal setup for small businesses to thrive and expand. I always recommend Expansive to fellow business owners.

I highly recommend Novel Coworking Dallas for anyone looking for a good office downtown. The building is a fantastic blend of original architecture and modern renovation. The shared workspace is comfortable, always clean, and full of friendly tenants. The coffee and beer included are excellent. The community managers (Chris and Kendall as of writing this review) are so helpful and friendly, I cannot imagine officing anywhere else! Importantly, the community at this location is great. Everyone is friendly, personable, respectful of each other's hustle, and involved with community events. Finally, as an actual workspace, my office meets my needs perfectly. Anyone on the fence needs to come by and talk to Chris and Kendall and see how awesome it is!

Hands down the best working space in Dallas. Everyone in the building makes going to work exciting and fun. Truly an amazing community to be a part of. I would highly recommend this office space for anyone.
