It is always crisp and fresh and never soggy as some places will serve. The chain started in the Philippines and eventually they began to open restaurants here. Some of the menu items are more Filipino, but it is always fun to try other cultures foods. I highly recommend giving it a try!
My favorite... my love... my Jollibee Chicken Joy! From Philippines to China... to Europe... to US... always the world wide best!
The fried chicken is good for what it is fast food joint. The corn is way under seasoned. The halo halo was meh. Like some other said, there are many big, hard chunks of ice that gives you a brain freeze and makes your teeth hurt. They use cheap ice cream overall it just tastes nasty. The mango peach pie is in my opinion much better value for money $1.99) compared to the halo halo $4.99)
Jollibee should consider UPGRADING the QUALITY of their CARDBOARD FOOD CONTAINERS. At present the quality is POOR. I ordered adobo rice, and I hadn't even returned to my home before the cardboard was soaked, soggy, and ready to tear. Seriously, this is unacceptable.
Very fast service. And one of the best fried chicken sellers out there. Crunchy and juicy
