The Modern Butcher - Danvers

While waiting, I browsed through the many delicious-sounding sausage options and decided to pick a few for the BBQ. We also chose some Korean steak tips for dinner. Then I spotted some pork belly and thought it would be a fun addition to the BBQ. A staff member kindly explained how to cook it, recommended a marinade, and helped me decide on the right amount to get and whether to remove the skin. His advice was really helpful! We grilled the steak tips last night, and wow, they were absolutely delicious and practically melted in my mouth! I regretted not taking any photos! I also noticed that the sandwich of the day is available on the other side of the shop, and I watched as the line moved quickly, only to see them sell out for the day! I’m really looking forward to trying the other meats we bought, and I’m sure we’ll become regulars here!

We really adore Modern Butcher. Their sandwich of the day and the selection of ready-to-purchase meats are always fantastic. The staff is also amazing; they’re always happy to answer any questions, whether it’s about cooking techniques or just to chat a bit. This place is truly a cornerstone of the community.

The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The sausages and other meats are excellent quality. I would highly recommend this place.

My favorite butcher shop! Lisa and Warren are always incredibly welcoming. Their staff is fantastic and always ready to help. Be sure to grab a sandwich while you're there!

Exceptional sandwiches! Just a friendly piece of advice: If you visit at 11 AM on a Friday, the restaurant is quite busy, so be prepared to wait over 20 minutes. However, believe me, it's worth every moment!
