Little Susie's Coffee Pie

Tasty and unique hand pies, friendly staff, great coffee. Nice place to stop by and pick something up fast. Bagels and cream cheese options are great too. Would love to see the pickle cream cheese come back!

This is my favorite neighborhood store for pies. These little buttery flaky pockets of deliciousness is a treat! Whether I’m in the mood for savory or sweet, I love them all, Dan is the man! and the staff is great. Go go go you will love it and don’t forget a beverage the coffee is great. I love this spot! Service is always great and the food is yummy. Only issue is their lattes…I’ve tried them at least 3 times at different times of the day and year and they always taste burnt. I don’t know if they need to clean their machine or get different espresso beans but they are pretty gross. I’ve learned to get food and lemonade and no more lattes!

If you haven't gotten one of these pies yet, you should do that soon. the mushroom and Swiss is my absolute favorite!

OH MY GOD. Writing this minutes after finishing the Italian Stallion and Mocha Brownie pies on recommendation from the lovely lady at the counter. First of all the dough. Mouth melting, flaky, perfectly baked deliciousness all the way through. The Italian had enormous chunks of dried salted pork (prosciutto, maybe? and sausage with cheese and an Italian spice blend on the outside. Exquisite (though definitely on the salty side . The mocha brownie was in a mocha dough with a center-of-the-brownie filling that somehow stayed soft and fudgy despite a perfectly cooked crust on the outside. Literally I’ve never left a review like this. Oh, also, we’re from Brooklyn. We stopped by on the way home. My fiancée who got a bagel with cream cheese said that, obvi the cream cheese was good and he thinks they might make their own bagels. All in all 10/10, I will literally come to Philly just for these pies.
