Baristas make coffee so bad like forgetting to put espresso shots in a latte it was just steamed milk!! and forgetting to put white mocha syrup in white mocha latte. Might as well better off brewing my own coffee at home and bringing it here.
Like the coffee but not the way you decreased package from 12oz to 10.5 oz but kept the same price. Lost my business forever.
Beautiful location and easy access for people walking around nearby. However, I didn't find this Peet's location particularly tasty or well priced. For the location, the overall experience could be better or more interesting/price appropriate.

Rubi and Latasia were so very warm and kind when I popped into Peet’s Coffee at 17th Chestnut on today’s cold morning. Their kindness in service to their customers should be rewarded. The hot chocolate was perfect. Thank you!
