While spending a morning exploring downtown Dartmouth, we decided to find a place for lunch and chose this spot. It is occupying a parking lot and a storefront, so is a bit of an odd location with no inside dining and using a Porta-potty for a washroom and and outdoor smoker and Bar area. Our server was friendly and helpful. I ordered a brisket sandwich and found it tasty but a bit tough. Others ordered the chicken sandwich and the Pork sandwich and both of those were better.
Brisket sandwich was good, but for the price u felt a little let down. If the bun was something other then a standard $2.99 for 6 Ben's bun or if you got more then a single forkful of slaw the price wouldn't sting that much. As it was had to grab a bag of chips at the Lawton's to feel satisfied as a meal.
The potato salad was tasty but the spuds were undercooked.
Nice place to hang out with friends. Spent the evening outdoors with friends and felt very safe with the spacial layout especially during covid. Definitely recommend if you love a good beer with good company. The server was so accomodating.
