I especially enjoy having a Guinness on tap. The restaurant provides quality food, consistency, and friendly service. It can be crowded at times, but that's because more people are discovering that it's a hidden gem!
I stopped in for lunch craving a good burger, and the Jalapeño burger did not disappoint. It was a delicious, generously sized burger that left me feeling satisfied. The fries were thick-cut potatoes that I didn't care for, and the gravy was flavorless, so I would skip those next time. I will definitely be back, but I'll choose a different side dish.
One of our lunches in Dartmouth Crossing. Beats the big box chain restaurants in this area. Besides, I love a guinness on tap. This place offers quality, consistency and friendly service. Can be busy, but that's because people begin to figure out it's a hidden gem!
Place was freezing. People in the lower area wore coats! Referenced to mgr, no effect or concern. Food was okay. Slow service. The food is presented on a tray. Fries or the like are quickly cold. You have to think that again. For example, do not reverse.
This place needs new employees! We go in, two waiters at the door, they say you can sit at the table in the corner. The older waitress brings menus and doesn't ask if we want a drink. She didn't say anything, just dropped the menus and walked away. In the meantime, 2 men go in, sit down and the other waitress gives them menus and takes their drinks order. The older waitress is now making her drinks. I guess the younger waitress who blew out of her tight shirt would assume she's getting a good tip from the men. This is not the first time we were ignored by the staff here. We decided to go. Unfortunately, we have a gift certificate from here that is not used. I'll never walk in this pub again. I think the older waitress is the manager, she shouldn't work with the public because she's not trained to treat people or she's just ignorant.
