I own my own Resort but 2 days a week I like to get away to unwind and regroup. Refresh my mind and attitude so I can continue to greet my guests with kindness and always with a ? smile, so I come here.I am welcomed with a smile every time ? and the most down to earth kind and patient staff. Love them all. Thanks for giving me a peaceful mini vacation every time. Most comfortable beds, great ac smells clean all the time.Rooms: Comfy beds, clean,Nearby activities: Shopping, Nail salon, massage, close byWalkability: Shopping center across the street.Food drinks: Fantastic Virgin Pina Colada.Noteworthy details: Awesome linens
Very disappointing for a Hilton! The positive point is the proximity to the beach (literally on the water's edge) and free parking.Negative points: The staff could have been more attentive and pleasant, often engaged in conversations or on their phones.Housekeeping was not done during our stay (we would leave for the day), despite my requests at the front desk in the morning. The rooms are aging, poorly maintained, and not soundproofed (we could hear our neighbors' conversations). The fridge was wobbly, the furniture was damaged, the room was humid, and the air conditioning was very noisy (it's a choice between sleeping or enduring the heat). The swimming pool is dirty. Despite the beach showers, the staff never shows up, and people don't respect so there is plenty of sand and dirt in it.
Honestly if I can give no stars for all but the location visited last weekend and must say this was the worst in Hilton chain they should close the doors and start all over. First day stopped by desk around 6 after dinner to requested towels, pillows and 1 blanket. After 10pm got towels and a sheet no blanket the person came back 30 minutes later with a pillow. We had gone to bed by this time so this woke us up. Stop by desk next day sink stopped up, towels and toilet paper needed as room was not serviced. House keeping will be up shortly we were told around 3:30pm. No one showed up ever went back down called a few times each time same story but no one showed. My daughter spoke with Jackie who had no solutions other than now we are told they are out of towels. She yelled and talked over my daughter as she tried to explain how long we waited what each person told us. The Jacuzzi was under construction, the pool was dirty. This place is not at all up to Hilton standards. I was told Tina the manager would contact me and nothing has happened. Reached out to Hilton down the street was told hotel could get towels from them.
(Edited) A mix of positives and negatives with the negatives stacking up on the last couple days of our six day stay. The location is great just across from Walgreens and Publix. The rooms are decent with comfortable beds (though smaller than advertised, it seems), a mini fridge, and nice sized ocean facing balconies. Front desk and main floor service was mixed, with some friendly and helpful staff coupled with others who appeared completely disinterested in their jobs and unfriendly at best. Its nice to have coffee and water available. It’s a smoke free hotel which featured a ton of smokers and no one monitoring, highlighted by the middle aged man in the hot tub smoking frequently. The sixth floor hallway has a foul smell and I’m not sure of it’s source. You’d regularly see smokers on balconies and the smell of weed at times. The pool is filled with sand and the hot tub didn’t work and was eventually closed during our stay. Almost 50% of the time we asked for beach towels, there were none available, including at 8:30 AM on Saturday morning. Because there is open access from the beach and parking lot some hanging at the pool weren’t Hilton guests and there was zero security. On Saturday there was a large group that left the pool when the storm started to go to their cars parked on the beach. They were using at least 10 chairs along the beachside railing. Speaking of chairs, some deck chairs are ripped and aging poorly. Dogs are constantly chirping and barking last night and today on the sixth floor. A guests dog was allowed to swim in the pool. It’s a hotel that could easily see better reviews if it took a bit more pride in its customer experience and service. I’m a Hilton Honors member and I won’t be back to this location.
