Dunkin' - DeKalb

They only service drive thru customers, I waited nearly 15 minutes at the counter to buy my donuts. While all 6 or 7 staff seemed to be assisting the drive thru, with no care about the line forming in the store.

Donuts are good but if you order a bagel, be prepared to eat a dry bagel with no cream cheese on it.

Wanted to treat myself to a vanilla cream donut and was SO disappointed when I got it, it had little to no frosting on it!!!

He does have the best coffee in the area. I liked the bagels with the cream cheese the multigrain outside. The avocado with toast is excellent. They have almond milk and oatmilk which like to use those.

Ya know, I wrote a review a few weeks ago about how inept this D D is as far as filling orders correctly. I took that post down because after I mentioned to them the next day that an item from my order was missing, they made me whole. I appreciated that. In that post, I mentioned how every order, not just one, comes out wrong lately. So what happens today? I place my order, and it comes out wrong. That's it. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me like five times, shame on me. And it's the same order taker at the window who makes these mistakes. Is he just waking up? Is he high? Is he hung over? You got one job...and that's to get your orders right. I feel for you if you can't manage one of the most basic tasks. I'll take my business to McDonald's, conveniently located across the street.
