Contribuer aux commentairesI have visited many Subway restaurants across the country, and this is one of the best. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was very clean, and the food was delicious. The only downside was that the bread wasn't sliced wide like at some other locations, but it was still excellent.
I have never had a negative experience at this restaurant before, but unfortunately, this time was a different story. The online delivery was speedy and efficient, but when I called the restaurant multiple times to try to make a change to my order, there was no answer. I ended up having to request a refund online instead of being able to speak with someone and simply swap my order. Sadly, due to the high cost and poor customer service, we will not be returning. It was a disappointing experience that left a sour taste in our mouths.
The food was quickly prepared and tasted not fresh. It appeared to be microwaved and the salad was not enjoyable. The atmosphere seemed unhappy. There was only one worker trying to handle everything, but I believe more help is needed for a better experience.
3 foot-length subparts for house delivery..Steak and cheese..had no cheese .vegan sub..missing sauce and gerkins ,if coworker was told about their fault their answer was oh good u can not please any .no darling I totally agree. but everyone can follow written instructions. customer service. must be improved.
I ordered on just eat waited over an hour, called them and was told that it was delivered already, even though I had received anything and they could not do anything to help me other than refer me to the justeat website
