White House Cafe - Denizli

My husband and I spent the Christmas Eve here. Initially we almost gave up having a good dinner at Pamukkale. We walked around and tried a few, but food was mediocre despite good reviews by lonely planet... And then, we entered this restaurant. This is a real husband and wife shop with real home made style food in an Greek island style restaurant. The owner, also the heroine who saved our Christmas dinner, is super nice. She offered us her fresh made bread, showed us the olive trees in her backyard. The tomatoes from their garden tasted amazing, even by local Turkish standard, which already has a high bar in terms of fresh produce. The salad is delicious (included in the set) and they have special home made pomegranate salad dressing made by the owner s mom, super awesome! Thank you White House for this warm and cozy Christmas Eve treat!

28 of us had dinner here last night. Food and wine was excellent, the hosts couldn't have been more friendly. We had a great night and would definitely recommend.
