Overall, a great dining option for those looking for something different than the usual.

She's a nice lady and the chocolates are good. but I have to pull a star out because she fought tooth and nail against a bike track on lowell. now I will only ever go there if I am on my bike and I always mention how it would be safe to have a bike track on lowell.

I enjoyed the focaccia sandwich and plan on trying some of the others as well. On another visit, I tried the cold sandwich and found the bread to be stale. However, the lady working there (who was super nice and personable) mentioned that they receive fresh bread on certain days, so I will try to visit on those days in the future. Despite the bread issue, the ingredients were good and they offer a nice variety of sandwich options at a reasonable size. I would recommend this place because they offer something unique compared to other options in the area (Regis).
