Kfc Meteor Centre - Derby

The place is filthy. Not one clean table. Food and sauce all over them. Food on the floor, rubbish on the floor. The staff make no attempt to keep it clean. I even complained and asked why is it always like this, to which they shrugged their shoulders at me. The KFC in Derby Metior Center is local to us and the kids like to go here but after this last visit I'm not prepared to give it another chance. Toilets were filthy too.

Absolutely one of the worst branches of KFC in the country. They NEVER get an order correct, then when they “attempt” to correct their errors, they can still manage to get that wrong. They stand huddled together around the serving hatch, chatting amongst each other, clearly lack any concentration. On this occasion, completely missed a burger off the box meal. Reported, given said burger to find it was missing cheese. Went back again, watched the young chap walk around the back and slap a piece of cheese on the burger (which by the time it had taken to get their attention had gone cold) advised it wasn’t sufficient as the burger was now cold. He walks around the back, changes the box and immediately comes back. “Manager” basically called me a liar and said it was a fresh burger. Gave up and moved on because literally couldn’t be bothered anymore. The owner of this franchise really should take a long hard look at how terrible the place is. Complete embarrassment.

Stone cold delivery. Not even Luke warm. Half order missing. Offered £1.79 refund on deliveries from deliveroo disgraceful

The staff wre polite friendly and pleasent and the food hot fresh and tasty! What more could ou want?

Today, my husband, son, and I visited KFC at the Meteor Centre in Derby. My husband went to use the bathroom and quickly came out complaining about the strong smell of urine. The bathrooms at KFC were very dirty, which was a huge disappointment for us.
