Pizza Hut, Chaddesdon, Derby

My boyfriend and I visited this restaurant tonight on 01/10/2020 around 8 o'clock. The social distancing measures were great. The staff was super friendly and provided quick service. I would definitely recommend this place. The woman working there was particularly good and had a great sense of humor with her coworkers.

Stop after roller world . We have never been to this restaurant before and I really hate leaving bad reviews. Salad bowl was a bowl of brown milo lettuce and one tomato . My steak and chicken flat bread was not great the steak looked like kebab meat and tasted horrible. Pizzas greasy. Potatoes salad inedible god knows what the white stuff was . Drinks machine not mixed correctly . Over £60 spent , back to mod pizza we go The staff were friendly

Went here for midweek buffet lunch with my granddaughter food wasn’t too bad but the service was slow for saying there was only 6 people in there.

So we booked a table for 3 kids and 2 adults as it was a birthday treat ! We arrived at 12.30 didn’t see any staff a guy was on the phone when we arrived he , then half mumbled to us and showed to us to the table , so I’ve not been to Pizza Hut for afew years so not sure how the buffet worked he asked us what we wanted to drink and disappeared! We were left for a while so I presumed you just helped yourself , no one explained how it worked my husband ordered a beer which never came I had to ask someone for it ! Everything else was self serve ! The restaurant was only a quarter full not busy but most were having all you can eat buffet we went up to the buffet area ! Where I was disappointed to find hardly any pizza it was empty ! The guy was cooking them but 1 at a time people were Grabbing the pizza everytime it came out just wasn’t much choice , 2 kinds of sloppy pasta and bits of salad that wasn’t overly appetising , Ice cream factory ran out of ice cream , the area was sticky and dirty not clean ! we counted 8 staff at one point and they didn’t seem to have a clue what was going on the guy who took our order never came back , suddenly started filling up and we ate and left what a total disappointment wasn’t cheap either ! Staff need customer service training and the whole place lacked atmosphere! I definitely won’t be returning ! I felt like I’d paid just to eat salad ! Don’t bother I think kfc would of been better !

Pizza Hut is the perfect place for my Sunday dinner. They offer free parking, quick and friendly service, a wide selection of pizza options on the menu, and delicious salads to enjoy while waiting for your meal. The food is always good and satisfying.
