I am Italian/American and have been visiting and working in Italy for many years. I totally understand that one could have an off night in a restaurant but what I could understand is that the chef argued that the poor quality of an undercooked seafood meal is how he likes to serve fish! It was the worst meal ever in Italy .... the seafood was served raw and it wasn’t sushi, grilled veggies were taken from the refrigerator and put on a plate and the chef had the nerve to argue with me stating that’s how he likes to serve seafood and vegetables. When questioned about the temperature of the grilled vegetables he said they were fine... they were cold. The chef remade our entrees and would not admit that the first plates were raw! The redone entrees were not worth it. He said he overlooked the second plates for us... if you like fish cooked, shrimp not served in a translucent manner .... Do not go there.... there are many other places that are sooooo much better in the area that serve wonderful food and no arguments from the owner/chef!?! Followed TripAdvisor’s recommendations for this restaurant.... big mistake. First time trip advisor let me down in Italy.
