Contribuer aux commentairesThe food was good, but the tables really needed to be cleaned. I visited around 4:30 PM and was one of only two customers. The restaurant could benefit from a thorough cleaning – it needed to be swept and wiped down, among other things. Additionally, I waited behind the glass for several minutes without any acknowledgment while one staff member was cooking meat and another was taking care of an online order. A simple “I’ll be with you in a moment” would have been appreciated.
We ordered six meals, and some of the burritos were surprisingly small compared to what we expected, leaving people feeling hungry. None of the food tasted fresh. My 7-year-old's quesadilla was so spicy that she couldn’t eat it, and she was given a rotten orange as her supposed "side of fruit." This is completely unacceptable, and I can't believe someone would serve something like this.
We placed our order about an hour before closing, and I want to commend the employees who were working at that time. My order was one of six that came in, and I can only imagine how challenging it must have been for them, especially with limited inventory. They communicated clearly about any details that needed to be addressed and maintained a kind and caring demeanor despite what I'm sure was a tough day. On top of all that, they still managed to prepare some of the best Chipotle I've ever had. I will definitely return in the future!
This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. I ordered a veggie bowl for lunch online, and thankfully I checked it before leaving. I found out they hadn’t included the fajita veggies, lettuce, or guacamole, all of which were supposed to be in my order. Instead, it was just rice, cheese, and corn salsa—what a joke! They were out of fajita veggies and had no plans to make more, even though it wasn’t even noon yet. This isn't the first time I've encountered a lack of main ingredients like chicken, steak, or veggies at this location, and they didn't seem willing to cook more. I'm not sure why I gave them a second chance, but I won’t be returning. If you decide to eat here, I highly recommend against ordering online. If you do, definitely check your food before you leave to avoid disappointment when you get home.
