I put an order at 11:22. my order was received at 11:23 a.m. from the load. I called the load at 12:25 (an hour later) and he told me he didn't see my order so it was for delivery. I asked when I watched the tracker and hadn't shown it was for delivery. he said there was a lot of supplies and being patient. I stopped the tracker and at 12:58- my order showed for delivery. at 2:13 I called the load and told them what happened and asked him for reimbursement, because I don't want to eat that sits in a van over an hour. he was in a position to raise my order without giving him my order and only my first name. he said he found my order and would refund it within 24-48 hours. there was no suffering for the inconveniences they pay for their eating and wait for almost 3 hours for eating that has never appeared. I will never again order from the locust road jimmy johns in the moines!
It's all right now! I had several bad experiences. delivery, food quality, order wrong, they call it. I decided that I had the only chance, because the place that was here earlier is no longer open. I am impressed! eating was right, on time and the supplier knows how to follow directions! I'm just sorry I gave him only a part of what I should build on my experiences of pastness. I will order from them again. if I could fix the tipp! next time I promise!
Had an encounter with an employee who takes his personal life and anger out on customers who messed up their own order and politely asks it to be re-made. If it turns out you ordered it wrong I would not go back in to get a new one because you will be ridiculed and have rude and sassy comments barraging you. Other employees were great but this guy has some personal issues that needs to stay away from the workplace. Unprofessional.
Very Tacky Service today and when I got back to my office they forgot to add Turkey to my #11 Country Club. Someone in management please reach out to me.
