Little Caesars Pizza - Des Plaines

Once I didn't go in, they said something for good 3 minutes. I will not be with you, no kind of recognition, whatever. the imperial afterwords asked them rudely, how can I help them look irritated. I put my order, and for pizzas that should be hot and ready, was told to wait a 15 minutes. now count the minutes. I don't care to wait for my food, and I understand that everyone is short-occupied, but the lack of professionalism is where I draw the line.

I ordered most bestest cheese pizza online and I got an old regular pizza that looks nothing like the most bestest cheese and its super thin

NEVER READY ON TIME, no matter if you order online or by phone. The employees look like they are bored and don't want to be there!The place definitely needs a revamp. It's the beginning of April, and they still have the Christmas decorations on display!Not to mention, their plastic wrap to separate customers from the employees looks like it was put up by a child!!!

Quick and easy. Making dinner after a long day is super easy thanks to the pizzas being ready. Staff is there and ready. Wish you would answer the phone more but no big deal.
