Fresh and hot . Great taste, but the fries were a little undercooked .

Terrible attitudes from cashiers or the drive thru .Try your best to not order more than 2 things because they'll forget anything after the 2nd , They've forgotten multiple things in my orders prior .I'll admit I should have checked the orders before leaving but ordering 4 Meals and only receiving 2 is a huge mistake .Find another braums to go thru this location lacks everything .

I'm visiting from FL. I enjoy Braum's Ice Cream while in Texas, however this location has terrible customer service. We stopped tonight on our way home from baseball practice and they never seem to have the ice cream flavors that is listed on your website. Not only that, the person taking the order through the drive-thru is talking to other people at the same time she's taking my order and then she seems to be annoyed when we take longer because you don't have the flavors listed anywhere what you have. It's very frustrating the ice cream is very good but it makes me not want to go there because of the attitude of the employee taking the order. You boast of alot of flavors but don't have them this has happened more than once. A suggestion would be to put a sign up what flavors you have in the restaurant on any particular day. It would save a lot of time because there's always a long line at the drive-thru and then we could pick what we want and be ready to order.
