I bought a family meat laaf and it was barely edible the roasted chicken was cold until touch while the sides that accompanied it were warm. I was really disappointed. like this earlier one of my favorite chicken place. I suggest to buy some food after opening. where they get the food hot and possibly have a quality email.
Alyssa is very friendly and always happy to help and go out of her to make people happy
Today at 19:00 and was unkind for the team I said that they suck because they ran out and wait time for huh was 45 minutes. I was wrong for it and really apologize for the team
I purchased 2 meatloaf dinners at the BM on Ford Road in Dearborn and was stunned at how much it had changed. What is this mystery meat? Texture was like veggie burger and spam. Horrible! I know it's been a while since I've purchased food from there. I will never ever go back. If this is what is being served at all Boston Markets as a new way of preparing meatloaf, shame on you!
I place an order through your app at 7:00 pm. I was told it would be delivered at 7:53pm. At 7:53 I was told my order was cancelled. I tried to contact the restaurant several times to find out what happened and to over to just come and get my meal because it was our dinner for the holiday. NOBODY ANSWERED THE PHONE. Your company inconvenienced my family mostly children that was waiting on dinner. You are very inconsiderate, inconsistent, and unprofessional. Why offer a service that you can’t provide.
