Boston Market - Detroit

I loved the Boston market and this was a very good location unfortunately post covid the quality and service has suffered enormously. I bought a family meat laaf and it was barely edible the roasted chicken was cold until touch while the sides that accompanied it were warm. I was really disappointed. like this earlier one of my favorite chicken place. I suggest to buy some food after opening. where they get the food hot and possibly have a quality email.

Alyssa goes over and above is always ready to provide the best service for customers. very recommended to try this place. deff come back to this place on the other side now when the employees work so hard here at least improve the cooking appliances and the bathroom facilities in this restaurant to make the appeal better and please bring back the original rib

Today at 19:00 and was unkind for the team I said that they suck because they ran out and wait time for huh was 45 minutes. I was wrong for it and really apologize for the team

I purchased 2 meatloaf dinners at the BM on Ford Road in Dearborn and was stunned at how much it had changed. What is this mystery meat? Texture was like veggie burger and spam. Horrible! I know it's been a while since I've purchased food from there. I will never ever go back. If this is what is being served at all Boston Markets as a new way of preparing meatloaf, shame on you!
