Kfc - Diamond Bar

This is the third time I've been to this location and I have to say that the customer service is lacking in the courtesy department and it just makes for a not to good of an experience, you might think that if the service is not good why go back at all, well it's because I want to give everyone a chance to do better, but this (in my opinion) is something that they don't try do at this.

I stopped going to the one in Pomona because the food was so awful and small quantities, just came from the other one in diamond Bar, ordered the famous bowl with no gravy, some of the smallest pieces of chicken I have ever gotten 6 pieces) really sad, had to throw two pieces away because they were so old and tough I couldn't chew them, couldn't believe it, this place is getting worse and worse. This item use to be delicious.

I went thru a he drive thru. Ordered 8 pieces of chicken, zero sides and a Diet Pepsi. $25
