I AM A DAILY CUSTOMER AND EVERY DAY THE COFFEE IS BURNT I HAVE TOLD THE BIG GIRL AT THE CASHIER 5 TIMES AND THE COFFEE STILL COMES BURNT AS IF YOU COULD HAVE BEHAVIORED BETTER..ON THE CONTRARY GENTLEMAN WHO BRINGS ME COFFEE TO THE PEOPLE VERY GOOD
