Xìn Zhōu Shǒu Dǎ ちそば そば Xìng

It seemed like a new soba restaurant... Despite it being a weekday, it was bustling with a lot of customers, so we had to wait quite a while. However, we were saved by the complimentary pickled vegetables. The building was traditional with a beautiful garden. I simply ordered the zaru soba and was satisfied with the delicious noodles that were firm and flavorful. On our way out, we received a flyer and as we headed to the back parking lot, we saw the soba making building with a craftsman inside making soba noodles right in the middle of it all! Upon closer inspection, I realized that the face on the flyer... we made eye contact. We received a smile of gratitude.
