Contribuer aux commentairesMy husband and I just finished a very good dinner at Colibri. We were so grateful to find a restaurant opened off season in Dorgali. Not so easy! Our waiter was extremely friendly and enthusiastic. We really enjoyed our choices mushrooms as a shared appetizer (photo), stews as entrees: boar with rosemary, goat with thyme. Eggplant with tomatoes as a side dish, delicious ! Dolce de la casa and red house wine This is a family restaurant and they make you feel at home! My kind of comfort food!
After walking around Dorgali we realised it was difficult to find a good restaurant that was open in early March. Then we discovered Colibri. Wonderful, simple, tasty dishes with gorgeous local wine. The service was excellent.
We had a wonderful typical dinner, great quality and kindly owner Alberto who had good care of our little daughter. From the farmers cheese to the main dish Capra in umido finishing with a superior homemade desserts. We will return asap!
On the advice of the owner of the bed and breakfast where we stayed, we discovered this small restaurant in dorgali that offers traditional dishes: during our holiday around the Sardinian was the place where we ate better and we returned a second time! a cordial thanks to lucia and tree-lined for the excellent cuisine and warm welcome. that grace and arturo.
