Burke's Grill - Douglasville

I’ve been on a lucky streak discovering amazing dining spots! This restaurant was outstanding. The food was creative, featuring clever combinations as well as some delightful original dishes. Our server, a young man, was courteous and efficient, attending to our needs promptly. He also shared some great insights about the menu items, which were delicious. I can’t wait for our next visit!

During my first visit to Burkes, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised by the warm service and incredible home-cooked food. At first glance, you might doubt if you’ve arrived at the right place since the restaurant is tucked away in a plaza, but rest assured, you have! The food is outstanding, and the staff is both professional and attentive. I believe it’s family-owned, although I'm not entirely certain. After three visits, I felt compelled to share my review, and I will definitely be returning!

Absolutely delicious! I ordered the blackened fish and grits, and the grilled vegetables were fresh and perfectly cooked, not soggy at all. My sister had the deluxe burger with onion rings, while my brother enjoyed the shrimp dinner. We had no complaints about any of our meals! This place is a must-try!

A little slow, but the food was good! The fried green tomatoes are really good as well!

If I could give this restaurant 10 stars I would! My husband and I went there this morning for the first time. We felt welcomed the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Everyone and I mean everyone was so kind and helpful. They worked as a team to gets orders out, drink refills, and just anything in general. The food… OMG the food was delicious and the prices were great. The waffles and French toast was awesome, but let me tell you… the GRITS were so creamy and perfect. We will definitely be back. Thank you for being so kind today. It’s hard finding that nowadays even in restaurants.
