Krystal - Douglasville

Came through at 9:00 PM at night and the staff was nice and even made sure our order was correct and fresh. Probably the best experience from Krystal’s in a long time. Thank you for the fresh Krystal’s and we will be back to this location. FYI: we had a big order and they were great.

Chicken on my sandwich was. Fried so hard I couldn't even eat it....it took so long to not have fresh food ..order was wrong as well and I wasn't getting back in the storm....smh..sad I won't be going back unless I get something for the inconvenience...

Whoever owns this restaurant is a person who does the bare minimum. This restaurant looks like it was built in the 80?s and needs a serious renovation, better marketing, and a plan to retain employees for a longer period of time with adequate training. The owner should be ashamed.

We ordered 12 crystals got four but they got the other ones out just be quick but did forget the cheese

I arrived to Krystal?s at 10:35pm ET and was advised they were closed, which was a complete lie. They serviced 3 cars in front of me and their online hours stated they close at 11pm ET. Poor excuse of customer service. Don?t waste your gas trying to get a late night meal from here.
