Royal Farms - Dover

Customer service is terrible. I went there last night to order chicken the kiosk were turned up in the air so I continued to place an order. A lady came from behind the front register and said they are closed..I didn't understand because I see a bunchof chicken. I said is the whole store closed she said no just the deli. I just walked out. This place has really fell off. Onanother note the place is dirty they need to renovate.

Stopped by at 2:37 pm on 6/5/2022 This place is the worst. Husband used the bathroom. Men's restroom was very disgusting. S**t in the toilet, urine on the floor and tissue in the urinal. Bathroom had a really fowl stench and had flies. Ordered two turkeyand cheese subs with lettuce and tomato. Ended up getting mayo on the sandwiches that we didn't ask for, no tomato and almosthalf a head of lettuce. Also ordered a chicken wrap with lettuce and tomato. They put chicken tenders in the wrap because theydidn't have grilled chicken. No tomato, very little lettuce, mayo that we didn't ask for and very salty. Couldn't even finishit. Got a cheeseburger sub. Really disgusting. Photo enclosed. Bought a Pepsi and a 7-up. Advertising said buy 2 for $3.75. Gotcharged $2.39 each. When I asked the cashier, Keda, she walked away from the register and went to the cooler to grab a 7-up andwent back to her register to check the price. Never said, just a moment, I'll check or anything. Just walked away with anattitude. She then tells me that the buy 2 promotion is of the exact same item. Not same brand or company. That's faultyadvertising. Lady at food prep area had an attitude when my husband told her the bathroom needed attention. When we asked herfor napkins she directed us to an empty dispenser. I informed her that it was empty so then she says there's another one at theother side of the counter. Place had flies flying around and the order kiosks we're very dirty and seemed like they hadn't beenwiped down in quite some time.

The service was lacking, and the cleanliness of the establishment was below par. I recommend visiting Smyrna Royal Farms instead.

The prices for chicken have increased, but the portions are quite small. It's not worth the money spent. Employees need to be reminded to take their jobs seriously, as they don't seem to prioritize quality.

I really enjoyed the chicken and the mac and cheese. However, when I ordered the 4-piece chicken meal, I was told they were out of drumsticks and would be substituting them with two wings. Unfortunately, they only added one small wing instead of the promised two, which meant less meat. Additionally, the garbage cans were overflowing, and the floors were not clean. On a positive note, the clerk was very friendly.
