The small number of tables creates an intimate and peaceful setting, with a comforting cabin-like interior. While the atmosphere is important to me, the food also plays a big part in my dining experience. The menu may not be extensive, but the food is delicious. My usual choice is breakfast, but lunch is also available. The service is good and we often enjoy chatting with other friendly customers during our visits. After our meal, we always make a stop at the Market across the street. The staff there is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel like old friends. It's a very cozy space that complements our dining experience at Gap Cafe perfectly.
The service was excellent and the food was very tasty. This cozy little restaurant is a hidden gem. We had a wonderful experience.
I have visited this restaurant for both breakfast and lunch, and on both occasions, the food and service were outstanding. I ordered the quiche, while my husband had the biscuits and gravy. After the first bite, we were both impressed. The quiche had a buttery and flaky crust, with a fresh and delicious mixture of eggs and vegetables. The biscuits were fresh and the gravy was filled with plenty of sausage. Their fries were also fantastic, we enjoyed them as a late afternoon snack. The coffee was flavorful and robust. Overall, a fantastic dining experience!
Mind-blowingly excellent food. I’m often amazed how good restaurants in tiny towns can be, and this place proves it again. I can honestly say I had some of the best fish tacos I’ve ever had here.
Limited menu, mostly breakfast items. My Cobb salad was excellent. The place is quaint and cute, very clean. Antique items add to the charm.
