You shouldn't forgive a star here. we arrived today with reservation in the beer garden. drinks were taken up and served quickly. is ordered approx. 18:15 you eat our food (2 pizzas and 1 salad with cheese). we repeatedly complained why our food is not served. a very unfriendly blonde operation tried to get out again and again when we asked how long the order would last. again and again she said it was all in order and the abandoned order would be the same. a renewed complaint with threatening to no longer want to eat, revealed that would not go any more because eating would already be prepared. she went back to the kitchen and asked how long it would take. she then told us that it would be in 5 minutes. in the meantime the time was 19:52. actually finally came after 1 1/2 std. wait time finally the pizzas and the salat. I'm going to eat more often, but such an salad (big salad with cheese) has not been given to me yet, no value for money, except that it was served without dressing. it was broth enough to titschen. When I asked the blonde operation what I should do with the brot to my salat, she said to the crown, I should have expressed myself at the order which dressing I would have wanted. I'm going out of this dressing at an salad. it's just without a word. I am just more than very disappointed about the behavior of the service the performance of the beer garden. I can not recommend this location in any way. so you just don't deal with customers. They saw me last time.

Ich habe es immer wieder mal versucht, aber jetzt wurde der Vogel entgültig abgeschossen! Seitdem diese ältere blonde Truller da arbeitet ist es komplett Katastrophe. Ist nicht das erstemal das Sie Sachen vergisst oder auch nicht weiter an die Küche gibt. Am 23.6.2022 kam ich hin, saßen drinnen direkt neben der Bar. Kein Hallo, nichtmal beachtet. 3freunde von mir saßen schon drin, von den hatten 2 was zutrinken und die dritte Person hatte nichts und war auch schon 30min früher wie ich dort. Ich saß dann auch 20min dort und wurde nicht beachtet. Nachdem ich dann keine Lust mehr hatte und mich an der Theke beschwert hatte und auch dann gegangen bin, kam sie wohl an den Tisch. Aber haben alle bezahlt und sind wo anders hin. Ganz miese Vorstellung, auch wenn der Biergarten voll ist werde erstmal nicht mehr hinkommen, obwohl wir Jahrelange Stammkunden waren!
