Mcdonald's Family Restaurants - Dubbo

Waited 15 minutes in the café window no one in the café area for two hot chocolates. then I tried to give a coffee at 23 o'clock.

Extremely annoyed I ordered a Sunday with extra fudge sauce and a kit kat mcflurry both came as a piece of hard ice like texture. not on Sunday and I have not the sauce for which I paid. terrible quality to not mention the chips were soggy and cold and the hot apple cake also cold.

Via the app to pick up from the counter ordered. super fast to order ready and it was right. sat outside with children playing on the playground. adequately clean. the staff was very friendly and happy. only one star lost for the art as a burger was swung together and the ham, cheese and tomatentoastie had only ham on one side of it.

We stopped buying coffee at mcdonalds a few years ago when they turned into a dark bitter roast. on our last trip to dubbo we had a snack and cappuccino and it was like a normal coffee they got in a quality café. the male barista was quite slow, but it was worth waiting. it would be interesting to know if they now serve what the customer wants, rather than what is cheap. I cannot think of another reason why they have changed from good coffee to bad coffee a few years ago as cost. we give mcdonalds another chance, especially when in a hurry.

Two large sundaes that were only 3/4 full. Poor standardisation which is reflected throughout McDonalds.
