If it's sunny or at least warm enough, you can seat outside in the beer garden where there's a pool table. There's a woman that takes orders at lunch. I never asked her name but she was great. Very friendly, she can give you recommendations on what to order and she loves chatting. Thank you for the great service!
Friendly service, great outside area with a good quality TV. Chicken wings and beef chiily fries were good, wasn't mad on the scampi. Good pint of guinness

Flash Harry's is the quintessential contemporary Blackrock spot for quick bites and great nights. Attending at short notice for a night about town, we were greeted by a host of bright and bubbly staff, who quickly seated us and attended to our every need. Food and drink orders were taken promptly, and service followed in the same vein. Crisp chicken tenders, saucy, spicy wings and gourmet onion rings were presented to (and devoured by our party, and washed down with a suitably wide selection of draught pints and handcrafted cocktails. The resident mixologists, Scott, James and Hugh, ensured that we lacked for no good thing in the form of unique and delicious concoctions to imbibe; cutting tall, dark and handsome figures behind the bar (not to mention built! , they consistently produced stellar cocktail creations over the course of the evening, both from the menu and to-order. While one can only assume that such talent will soon be poached by an artisanal, bespoke purveyor of libations, I would urge anyone and everyone to drop in while such talent is still on display at Flash Harry's. Any manager worth their salt would double their salary to keep them on!
