Their seasonal flavors always intrigue me. You also can rely on their friendly service. A must visit when you are in Columbus.
Great view, kind workers, great atmosphere and really great ice cream!!
Very disappointed right as we walked thru the door. My husband and I and 3 kids barely walked in the door when we were embarrassed by 2 employees shouting back to back that the door needed to be kept clear due to fire safety. We were hardly in the building for 10 seconds. First, if there is such an issue this should not be put on patrons as they walk in, second the establishment should rectify this issue with a proper entrance. So in the end we walked out and happily gave our business to Johnson’s which was absolutely delicious. Jeni’s needs to focus on food safety and the cleanliness of their machines before they attempt to deflect their problems to their patrons for fire safety. Also, they could definitely work on their customer service. A representative standing at the door would help with this rather than yelling at customers when they walk in.
Great placeLively environmentNice taste, And a lot of vibe in Dublin.20 count is a great piece of addition.
This place is a Dublin staple and it will always be special to me. Even though they no longer make the ice cream in house (for improved sanitation and efficiency), they still source the finest ingredients and uphold the highest of QC standards. If you haven't tried this place out yet, try the Brown Butter Almond Brittle
