Hardee's - Dubuque

Eating was very dry. it took a while. don't stop when you're in a hurry

I came here at 4 pm on a Wednesday.. no cars in drive through.. place wasn't busy.. and there was a big sign on the door that said dining room is open.. soo me wanting to get a strawberry shake after work and crossing the highway, getting there, reading that sign, guess what??? The doors were locked!!! Tell me why a business has their doors locked at 4 pm?? It's unacceptable and this hasn't been the first time.. if you guys can't serve customers according to what you guys post on your door and hours then shut the place down please.

Food was good. They are understaffed so service is a bit slow but not that bad.

Sad lobby doors are open but they dont open lobby for another 10 min.. but as im standing there at counter i said i drive semi dont fit drive threw.. was told id have to walk drive threw or wait 10 min.. sad customer service.. lobby should always be open to big rig drivers if your open.. oh well food has gone down hill any way 2 weeks ago my double was a single with double sticker and burnt.

I asked if they had a fish sandwich that wasn't on their menu. they could make it. came out hot and fresh. fries were also beautiful and crispy and fresh. good place to get a bite.
