Treehouse Cafe Coffee - Duck

We were really excited to try this place and made the drive down here only to find that they close at 1pm and their website states 3pm, unless you’re local you unfortunately wouldn’t know that. What made it sad was that they wouldn’t serve us even though we walked in prior to 1pm, we only stopped for coffees.

The treehouse theme adds to the charm, and the outdoor seating surrounded by trees enhances the experience. Don't miss out on their mouthwatering buttermilk fried chicken biscuit; it's a must-try!

Absolutely awful from start to finish. Waiting in line for 20 minutes, placed order, waiting 30 more minutes only to get cold biscuits and sausage gravy. And whatever they sprinkled on top my lips, mouth and throat are still burning after one bite. Seriously, very bad. Did not enjoy and definitely will not be back or recommend. Nice area but not for a meal.

Awesome Duck,NC breakfast and coffee place. Biscuits are absolutely incredible. The brisket breakfast biscuit is amazing. The kids loved the french toast. Highly recommend this spot.

Our favorite place to get breakfast/brunch at the OBX! Cool location, awesome biscuit sandwiches, and great coffee. Wait times can be long for food (e.g. 45 minutes+ due to popularity, and staff can, at times, be a little less than warm and inviting (probably due to the strain of the brunch rush , but it's a must-visit.
