Highway 10 - Dumaguete City

Not bad for a budget option. I paid 700 for a one night stay without breakfast. The room was good for two people and spacious, but since I was alone, I had it all to myself. The beds were clean and neatly made when I arrived, but I did see a small roach crawling on one of the beds. There were enough lights in the room, but it was a bit dim for my liking, so I had to keep the bathroom light on. The air conditioning worked well and there were TV cables. They provided towels, soap, and shampoo. The bathroom was also clean with no issues with the water. It was convenient to have a 711 right next to the hotel and public transportation available outside. Overall, I would recommend this place for those looking for a quiet place to stay for the night.

I recently stayed at this pension house for one night and I have to say it was one of the worst experiences I've had. When I checked in, the receptionist just handed me the room key and nobody offered to help with my luggage. The air conditioning unit was loud and clearly needed to be cleaned. There were mosquitoes in the room and the walls were dirty with stains that looked like blood. There was no shampoo or soap provided and the toilet did not flush properly. I had to improvise by using the trash can to pour water into the toilet to get it to flush. Overall, the room was not worth the price.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days. We chose this hotel because it is close to the church we were visiting. As first-time visitors in Dumaguete, we were not aware that it is located in the city and near the boulevard. The hotel room is exactly as depicted in the pictures - nothing fancy. However, it was fairly clean and the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Old school charme meets confused identity. which is probably here to have large 3 stars accommodation with a small focus of interest representatives. pro: location and price. can not beat its purity of the city location and access to all surrounding attractions. the price is reasonable. the personal is amazing and super nice. con: I have torn everything down. not sure this place has seen a refreshment in 20 years! lärm is also a factor if they want a pathetic sleep.

2 stars because the rate posted on the internet is far too different when your just walk in, and the CR smells like its was not cleaned for years, that kind of smell, the room needs to be renovated, its kinda dark even if you switch on all lights. Good thing theres an elevator and the hotel is just near the church and restaurants.
