This Dunkin' Donuts is the worst I have ever been to, with incompetent management and customer service. If I could, I would give this location negative stars. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

I always receive excellent service at this restaurant, which is why I keep coming back. Many of the reviewers below who complain about long waits fail to realize that during peak hours, such as between 7:00 and 8:00, wait times are naturally longer. If they are in a hurry, they should either

Standing there by the cashier for 5 mins waiting for someone to take my order and I was the only customer there. Had to walk out. No one said “hi” “give me a min” they would just see me and look away !

The service at this restaurant was mediocre, with staff appearing lazy and uninterested in customers. The cleanliness was lacking, making us feel unwelcome. We waited five minutes to be served in an empty restaurant. Overall, they have a lot of improvements to make in order to recover from their poor service.
