Jimmy John's - Dundee

Freaky fast? Nope. This location is more like freaky slow as molasses. Came here around 1235 and the drive thru took forever. At least 20 minutes in the drive thru lane.

We like Jimmy John 's sandwiches. We had never been to this location before. Stopped on our way back to mid-Michigan. Personable staff. Freaky Fast . Well prepared sandwiches. Stopped by here from out of town was highly let down. To start when we walked in I was not greeted by 1 person working when there was 10 of them back there they stared at us as we walked in, so go to order try to talk to dude at the register he wasn't having it, ordered our sandwiches which came out wrong not to mention when you pay 9$ for a sandwich I expect to have meat on there there were 2 slices of ham 1 piece of bacon. I should've taken a pic. There was absolutely no customer service not only that but all the kids were sitting on top of the counters hanging out but not talking to their customers just their friends who got a bigger greeting than we did. I've never had this kind of service but I guess that's what you get when a bunch of kids are running the place.

When I ordered my sandwich they didn't ask if I wanted mine toasted , was disappointed. Didn't look very business like , when we walked in there was a couple of workers sitting on the ledge of the drive through window and everyone was on there phones . Food was pretty tasty but I feel a bit pricey. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
