Taco Bell - Dunn

This is my favorite fast food restaurant to go to. I really enjoy the Doritos Locos Taco and the chips with nacho cheese. Everything on the menu here is delicious, you can't make a wrong choice.

The food was delicious but the service was not very pleasant. The server had an attitude when I couldn't hear her and asked her to repeat herself.

The food was pretty good as usual. Only the problem is that now with everyone, the drive thru more frequently due to the Kovid, the services on the drive thru must be at point. Who eats tacos without the hot or mild sauce? Or any other spice you ask to make your meal is what you want it to be. You paid good money for what you ordered. I have an extra cup of cheese and extra cinnamon Twists, but NO sauce, which I have especially for LOTS. I have lunch for several others (which were also disappointed) As customers we need them to get up and make it right for us... so if you seal the bag and check it for us as a service with a seal on it ..make sure it is what it should be.... please. Then you get 5 stars.

The quality of the food was also disappointing. The meat was overcooked and the Cinnabon Delights were cold. It was the worst experience I have had at a Taco Bell. I expected better service, especially considering the size of our order. It should not take an hour to prepare 24 Tacos, 24 Burritos, 3 12-pack Cinnabon Delights, and 11 Cinnamon Twists. The lack of a discount or any form of compensation for the inconvenience was disappointing. Overall, I would not recommend this Taco Bell due to the poor service and food quality.

Friendly and fresh. I love the new electronic ordering boards. Everyone was wearing masks and gloves. Store seemed very clean as well. Love me some Taco Bell!!
