Doolittles Woodfire Grill - Eagan

Dinner on Monday 6/6/22. Restaurant was very busy but we had made reservations online so no wait. The server was friendly but the service was slow. There were 4 of us and the drinks took him 3 trips to get us our drinks. The wife and I both ordered the Walleye and thought it was great. Very large portion with crispy coating. The green beans were cooked just right. The mashed red potatoes were hot but a little gummy. Our children ordered a hamburger and a chicken sandwich and both really liked the food (no leftovers! . Doolittles has been open for 33 years in Eagan.

Absolutely hands down delicious, and the server Vanessa was amazing. Attentive, informative, friendly. The beef tenderloin crostini superb, the artichoke dip creamy, brought to the table bubbling hot, the Woodfire wings, sweet and spicy. Like nothing I ever tasted before. I will be returning

Attentive and informative service team members. One of the best chicken thighs I’ve ever tasted, not too much, not too little. Just perfectly seasoned. And the dessert was melts, like a thick mousse. Delicious!

We had a birthday dinner here. We had reservations and were seated right away. Restaurant was busy but our server was very attentive. I love the menu, nice variety of options. I had the salmon with herb cream. The salmon was perfect, best I have ever had. Highly recommend it.
