Beans Beignets - Earlham

Wonderful place to eat, visit, and relax. I dine here regularly with my family and church members. Highly recommend.

Great Cafe. We were traveling down I80, and saw the sign for Beans Beignets. Only a couple miles off the interstate. The beignets were great. I've had beignets in France, and I've had beignets at Cafe du Monde in New Orleans. The beignets at Beans Beignets are easily as good as any I've had.We'll be sure to stop in on our raod trips across Iowa.

Went to try the beignets, but they were out. Got a burger and a sandwich and both were of the same level as a bland midddle school lunch. The chips we were served were also expired. Not worth the $14 each. Overall not impressed and will not be going back.

The only complaint I have is of the Sunday Brunch. We discovered this place on a Saturday morning on our way to Iowa City. The food was phenomenal. Sunday was definitely different. The food seemed like it was pre- packaged. Not the same homemade quality AND no bacon. How can you have a brunch without Bacon. I will still recommend this place because the food was so delicious but I do not recommend the brunch.

Beans Beignets is Iowa’s best kept secret!Just few miles away from I-80 in little town of Earlham (please stop at the stop signs).I almost started to cry eating their wonderful foodCalm atmosphere, the way of serving, and quality of food set me for another day of traveling.
