The Burger Room - East Dunbartonshire

Great food, great price and fantastic customer service. We shall be back! had a great lunch for £5.00 and that was to course...best nan bread ever too!

I previously wrote a review for this restaurant. I have visited this place twice since then, and both times the food was terrible. The burger was undercooked and the Coney Island fries stuck to the foil because they had run out of tray covers. The food left everyone with stomach issues. My girlfriend wanted to give them one last chance, but it was another disappointment. They need to either keep a chef who knows what they're doing or they will have to close their doors for longer than just out of work hours. I am very disappointed as I had praised this place before and the first two visits were excellent. Sorry guys.

My girlfriend and I finally went with the Burger Room and had zero regrets. Im an avid cook and make my own burgers and this place did not leave me disappointed. Not only were the burgers great but the Coney island fries are really good. This along with the speedy delivery had us ordering again the following day. I always read the bad reviews as well as the great and sometimes yea.. Burgers don't cook through... It happens. And our delivery driver was perfectly fine so these guys have clearly rectified their flaws unlike many others. If you want a taste of something different and a burger that's fills that hunger you get when watching man vs food... This is the place to go.

We waited for over 2 hours for a cold, congealed, and inedible delivery. The delivery guy was terrible, as he didn't knock on the door but instead thumped it so hard that the whole house shook. When asked about it, he admitted to falling into the door. It was obvious that he was under the influence of something. He later returned with a melted ice-cream, apologizing for the mistake. The only redeeming qualities were the okay Coleslaw and the fact that after many calls to the restaurant and Just-Eat, we were granted a full refund. The whole ordeal took 4 hours. It's unfortunate to leave a negative review, but the meal was completely inedible, and we lost our appetite quickly. We won't be ordering from here again. Apologies, but it's not worth it.

I'm sad to say that I ordered three burgers for home delivery all of which were raw. I would have been more than happy to have waited longer so that my food could be cooked to the appropriate standard if I had been contacted. The portion size was also rather small so all and it was a tad expensive so I've been left out of pocket and still hungry after been left with such a disappointing meal.
