I was really disappointed with my latest experience at this restaurant. The udon noodles in the hot pots were bland, and the sushi was just passable. The restaurant was cold, but thankfully I was sitting next to a heater. The only positive was the excellent waiter, who was a lovely chap. Overall, the service was good, the food was mediocre, and the atmosphere was average. Prices were around £40–50 per person for dinner.

This is the best sushi I've ever had! The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect 5-star rating.

This is a great place to eat, but avoid at all cost ordering a takeaway, meal was an hour late and the meal arrived cold. The soup dish had spilled into the bag, so no soup. When I complained, there was zero comprehension that my evening had been disrupted and complete denial that the one of the meals was not edible I.e. it was in a bag. The owner avoided at all costs to speak with me and simple shut me down with an I don't care attitude. She needs to try harder one star. In addition, the staff that took the compliant laughed and mocked my complaint as they out the phone down.
