The waiter was just OK, Calamari was DELICIOUS, drinks were particularly good as the bread, atmosphere was disappointing....thought we would have 5-star dining but it was only 3.5 stars. Before they would send my steak back (ordered medium rare and it came out well done) the Manager had to be called to the table for them to prepare a new steak. The waiter did not apologize but rather had to show us his piece of paper showing that he ordered it correctly. What happened to getting a salad with your dinner? I will go back for a second chance and hope the staff gets 5 star training in the meantime.
We went to Bridgeway for the Valentines Day special and let me just tell you it was not as advertised. They showed a picture of food on the advertisement that was not even offered as a course. The food that was offered was sub-par. Our waitress was fantastic and I give her 5stars but everything else was atrocious. Even the hostess had a terrible attitude
Delicious 4 course meal! I had the 5oz filet with blackened shrimp. My husband had the 15 Oz strip. From our crab cakes appetizer right to the cheesecake Brule ?. Everything prepared to perfection in an enjoyable atmosphere.
Everything was perfect except the offensive attitude the hostess caught when we asked her to take our picture when we were the only ones there. Why not?? We were celebrating a birthday and couldn't get a pic?
Food was trash. only one appetizer option and it was a dry crab cake. with no sauce. every entree came with that brown sauce. same sauce every entree. no. cheesecake was ok crème brûlée was trash
