The lovely owners made me feel right at home in this restaurant. I enjoyed a delicious hot chocolate, but I can't wait to try some Greek dishes next time. This place is like a slice of Greece. Wow, I will definitely be returning.
This restaurant is amazing. The Greek family who own it provide top-notch hospitality. The coffee is excellent, the homemade desserts are delicious, and the lunches are fantastic. The prices are very reasonable. I feel fortunate to live nearby and be able to enjoy Grandma Sophia's spinach pie.
I have grown weary of noisy coffee shops where it is difficult to have a conversation. Sofilia offers a quiet and cozy atmosphere, perfect for enjoying good coffee and engaging in conversation. The homemade baklava is delicious, and the olives and olive oil are sourced from the restaurant's own grove in Greece. I had a delightful chat with the owner, who shared her recipe for the moussaka, which was clearly made with love and care.
I'm a regular user of many of the coffee shops in town and this is my favourite. Always made welcome by the Greek family who run the cafe. The coffee is cheaper than others with a double espresso only £1.50. Some good hearty Greek snacks and lunch meals also available at a very reasonable price. Will continue to support a great family run business.
