Forks Mediterranean Deli - Easton

First off, Joel at the front desk is the definition of great customer service ! Very kind and welcoming to everyone that walks in. So long story short. Last week I ordered a chicken wrap and when I got back to my job 3 minutes away the sandwich was cold. So I called to see wether the sandwich was suppose to be hot or cold. Joel explained the sandwich is suppose to be hot. She kindly asked if she can replace the sandwich next time I come. Well she did and this time everything was nice hot and delicious. The Caesar salad is great as well. Great food but great customer service really makes the food taste better. I’m a forever customer to this establishment. Thank you guys so much !

Good food. Reasonable prices. They have Ayran which pairs really well with all medi. Food. Chicken shawarma was good they made it on special bread with request. Heated wrap. Friendly staff.

Definitely great people managing the place. The owner obviously cares about his customers and delivers good food paired with outstanding service. Is it the best Mediterranean/Lebanese food I've ever had? Probably not, but they have a good starting point by using fresh and quality ingredients. The offerings just need a little bump in flavor (looking at you, shawarma).

Great food! Recently the owner has been supplying me with her homemade olive juice for the martinis at the restaurant I work for. The food is fresh and reasonably priced. The yogurt with fig preserve has become a new favorite of mine. I can't get enough of it

Complex flavors and fresh perishable vegetables. Best takeout I've had for a long time considering the price. The two blob sampler thing is a little bland but everything else is absolutely delicious with drastically different flavors.
