Domino's Pizza - Eau Claire

We were there on Tuesday night after 19:00, that was great, could not ask for better. the hard work was the personal friendly and fast. the pizza and the salad were great.

One of the two pizzas was completely different from what I ordered (the chicken pizza should be pfefferoni). I didn't get part of the order. we were 6 minutes away and lasted half an hour from the time when the shipper left the load.

On 3/18/2022, I was coming home from work after a very long day. I really didn't know this would be the worst day of my life. Your delivery driver was distracted while driving and plowed over my dog. While it is admirable you paid the $200 co-pay to get her admitted to the ER on the spot, her total surgeries needed a cover lights to about $1500. You have refused to reach out to me for two days leaving me to have to skip work and take care of a sick puppy that your team ran over. Now you have liability for lost wages as well as my dog. How long are you going to keep ignoring this?

They ran over my dog. So I won’t be using them moving forward. Even after they ran over my dog they were extremely rude and disrespectful. Customer service excellence and professionalism are absolutely lost on every single employee in the store. Including the franchise owner. Stay away

Both pizzas were burnt, so I wasn't impressed. However, the cinnamon rolls were warm and delicious!
