I had the bacon jalapeño popper grilled sandwich. it also included some grape yellow. it was served on normal white brot and really felt like a unique sandwich that I could make after a few drinks home, haha. I really enjoyed it and felt like there was something I would find nowhere else. my mother had the reubs that were grilled and very traditional. it was delicious, but the meat was not completely warmed, which was a bit different for me, but still a good sandwich overall. we also bought some of their homemade maurer jar snack mixes. the banana pudding mixture comprised vanilla wafers, dried bananas and white chocolate chips. very good and has the taste of banana pudding. another unique creation we enjoyed. we'll come back to the next time.
Recommended by the Ford dealership down the road and was not disappointed! Ordered a blueberry Lemon cookie, some kind of lemomade/tea, raspberry Italian soda, a coffee Frappuccino of some sort (can't recall what it was exactly) a plain grilled cheese and the holy grail of them all; pulled pork grilled cheese. OMG. If you're just driving through town, please stop here. It's a cute, small quaint place with outside tables. There was so much more I wanted to try ! If ever in the area again, will make another stop !
First time here and the food was amazing. I ordered the BLT and Caramel Frapp, everything was fresh and hot.Everybody was nice and friendly. I will be coming back.
Great sandwiches, coffee and desserts, staff are just as good too :
You can enjoy all kinds of tasty fresh breakfast, lunch brunch items at this little cafe in downtown Edgefield. Tina the owner is always there to offer info about everything baked by her personally. They have just about everything you'd want in a bistro except alcohol I believe.
