A marvel of marketing. Mediocrity in motion. Walk in and look around. Do you see any MesoAmericans eating there? Probably not. That's a bad sign. Now watch the cook at the flat top. He pulls out chicken, shrimp, skirt steak from the cooler. Unmarinated, just in it's raw, serving-portion form. PLOP. Onto the flat top. That's one side completely unseasoned. Not to worry, because the industrial oil gets poured on top and the season salt shaken liberally about. Is that enough? That should be enough. Listen, if you like it, good for you. It's fine. But that's all it is. Fine.
