The appetizers and mains were served hot and tasted good. The drafts were expertly poured and reasonably priced.
Great little pub in South Edinburgh. It was quite busy and the staff was a little bit overwhelmed. The steak ale pie and the haggis were awesome! I was a little disappointed with the beer selection, was hoping for a local ale, they only had a local lager.
The bar is a good place to spend the evening. The food was okay (had scampi with fries). The waitress didn't come to the table even though we had agreed. Upon request, the table was cleaned and our order was taken.
Lovely pub. Staff is amazing, lovely people. Can't speak for the food, but they pour a great pint and the atmosphere is great.
Cosy little pub for a winters night. Limited outdoor seating for summer evening. Reasonable selection of beers.
