We have dined here on a Friday evening with the top table offer. the food was excellent, very tasty and beautifully prepared. the crepe suzette was prepared at the table and was delicious as the appetizers and main course. the view from the building of the royal Over-Seas league, in which restaurant 100 is located, is particularly well lit in the night with the lock and other building at the end of the princesstreet also illuminated. sadly, as we were there, we were the only diner (this actually made for a nice time for us, as we entertain my rather deaf older stepmother.) a visit worth visiting for the sake of view and eating. the stairs friendly and accommodating.
While eating was delicious, the atmosphere was not existent. we were at an evening where a big party was in the main dining room. the service was therefore after each other and it took almost 3 hours for a 2 curs meal, they need to check who else is going before them and take a coat. it was ice cold and they couldn't close a socket to plug in a heizer. a big gote for a place with so much potential
HAD Eine LIEBELÄNDERLICHE LUNCH EXCELLENT STARTERS UND GOOD CHOICE FÜR MAINS MICHAEL UNSERE WAITER WAS GREAT UND HIS SENSE DER HUMOUR WAS BRILLIANT. WOULD GO Zurück
We booked a table here for afternoon tea on a sunday when the weather was not good outside, and I wish we had just gone into a cafe for tea. The waitress disappeared after fifteen minutes and even when we rang the bell still no one appeared. My friend over heard one waitress saying 'are they still here ' when she went to ask for more drinks. The window needed to be left open, due to what I could only assume was to prevent the flag outside from taking off. However no explanation was given to us and we therfore were left cold.
